`-D analyzer-optimize` leads to negative UInt on hashlink

Description
Observed only on hashlink with `analyzer-optimize`.
Even though the type is correctly inferred, UInt variables behave as a regular signed Integers.
Explicitly casting to UInt is the only way I found to retrieve the expected value
