Description

The ability to get any sprite's rendering matrix and use it to convert from world, screen or frame positions (eg: Lime's globalToLocal) would be incredibly handy, and to use that matrix in existing functions like transformWorldToPixels and the like would allow sprite extenders, like FlxSpriteMatrix to apply whatever transformations they need to these methods.

Also relevant to #3419

Research direction

Start at the transformWorldToPixels entry point and review the related position-conversion methods, using Lime's globalToLocal and the referenced FlxSpriteMatrix pull request as context. Compare the requirements with issue #3419; done means sprite rendering matrices can be used by these methods for custom transformations.
