Description
See below, I only move the left stick slowly here, but none of the sticks are responding properly and the buttons are rapidly flickering between pressed and released.

Reproduction Steps:
- Build and run
flixel-demonumber 61 with the latest haxelibs: https://github.com/HaxeFlixel/flixel-demos/tree/dev/Input/GamepadTest - Plug in a Switch Pro Controller (I tested this wired with USB-C)
This occurs on both Windows and HTML5.

Research direction
Start by building and running flixel-demo number 61 from the Input/GamepadTest demo with a wired Switch Pro Controller. Reproduce the behavior on Windows and HTML5, then trace the gamepad input path to identify why stick values and button states are incorrect. Done means the controller inputs respond correctly in both environments.
