Tags listing is outdated

The [list of tags](https://github.com/Hashnode/support/blob/main/misc/tags.json) has not been updated in almost a year, but additional tags have been added since that time.

This list is referenced as a source of truth in some docs, for instance https://github.com/Hashnode/Hashnode-source-from-github-template

An updated `tags.json` with the current list of tags should be generated and commited to the repo. This may be something that could be automated with GitHub actions.
