What existing redirectors does this support?

Being able to have a full picture of how to use this would be more powerful. Perhaps the target audience for this knows immediately if this would work with their system of choice. But seeing some particular names of... frameworks?... would help instill immediate confidence. People new to the redirect scene would be helped by that too.
