Clusters in an org you aren't currently viewing are being checked to see if you're still logged in

My reproduction steps:

1. Log into a self hosted instance in one organization
2. Go back to the main menu and click into a different org
3. Refresh your page

1. There’s a request to the self hosted instance in the other org
