Add templates for importing too

Suggestion: on the "Import an application" dialog, let's let them be able to pick from modules we publish.

* @harperdb/mcp-server@1.0.0. The status-check component is problematic because it is already installed (and nextjs-example was problematic because it takes a long time and is not an app, it is template).
* Another possibility is using HarperFast/react-ssr-example if we want to encourage GH references, and maybe suggest something smaller. This may be a better “new application” template though.
