client-side validation error when creating cluster with pause on uncaught exceptions

some users (like @Chris Barber but also probably others) are seeing zod errors when creating a new cluster on stage

**steps to reproduce**

0.) Open your dev tools, and turn on “pause on uncaught exceptions” and use a deployed environment
1.) create new cluster
2.) set name to cb1
3.) select free plan
4.) click create
