## Request
Extend the default Grafana dashboard (currently at HarperDB-Add-Ons/prometheus_exporter_dashboards) with additional meaningful visualizations so customers get useful out-of-the-box observability.
Also: rename the repo to `grafana-dashboards` and move it under the HarperFast GitHub org.
