Description
Evidence: global automotive risk cluster (v4.4.25) has 9.4 GB LMDB file / 23K live records after 10 months of 1-hour TTL churn. Proposed: 1M inserts × 60s TTL for 30+ min; assert map size stays below ceiling; verify compaction reclaims space. New benchmark in `benchmarks/`. Confluence: Section 5 ST-1
