Description

To me the main appeal of enemy randomizer is the regular enemy clear rooms where you have to fight new combinations of enemies you wouldn't normally see in vanilla. A major downside is it makes miniboss rooms rather anticlimactic when Flare Dancer or Dark Link has been replaced with a Deku Baba. It also feels inconsistent when some of the minibosses can't be replaced anyway like Dead Hand or others aren't in the shuffle like Flare Dancer. It's a bit cumbersome to have to open the menu to disable and re-enable enemy rando every time so I'd rather an option to have all minibosses remain untouched in their vanilla spawns. It's probably open to interpretation what counts as a miniboss, but I'd suggest these:

Lizalfos in Dodongo's Cavern (already set to vanilla)
Giant Octo in Jabu-Jabu's Belly (already set to vanilla)
Stalfos in Forest Temple
Flare Dancers in Fire Temple
Dark Link in Water Temple
Dead Hand in Bottom of the Well and Shadow Temple (already set to vanilla)
Stalfos in Shadow Temple (already set to vanilla)
Iron Knuckles in Spirit Temple

*arguable: Deku Scrubs in Deku Tree (for logical shield requirements), Anubis (for logical fire source requirements), additional Stalfos in MQ dungeons

There are other rooms that have issues that I think should be excluded because of unkillable enemies/unreasonable bomb requirements for clearing all enemies (namely pit rooms in both vanilla and MQ Spirit) but I believe those have been brought up in another issue thread.
