[Feature request] Option for Free Camera to use Wind-Waker style "Lookup" Toggle

A bit hard to explain in the title, but in Wind Waker, when you reset the camera to the default system by L-targeting, you're able to switch into first person view by pressing up on the C-Stick. Moving it left/right/down will activate free camera, which then allows move it up normally.

This would be super helpful for Gamecube controllers, where if you map everything one-to-one with an Xbox controller, you don't have any buttons (let alone stick clicks) to replace the C-Up button.
