[Music suggestion] Ability to add labels to custom music tracks/fanfares etc.

So my idea and suggestion is to add a Json/txt or some type of file where all custom tracks can have an added label to appear where it should belong like adding the [Battle] tag to battle themes [World] towards stuff that would pop up in the overworld [Dungeon] or [Dungeon: Great Deku Tree] as a more precise optional tag so that if a track is chosen at randomization it will be placed where you tagged it to appear.

More importantly this file can be updated with more custom tracks as they are made or perhaps edited by individuals to fit their preferences whichever is easier or better maybe it auto detects them in some way idk

Would work nicely with my previous idea in #6097 should that be implemented first
