Add "reset camera" & menu controls, and better default controls

Add in a "reset camera" control in case someone wants to just reset the camera without accidentally targeting something. Also, add in menu controls (if possible).

Better default controls:

The controls are quite similar to the GameCube and Virtual Console releases.
