Description

If Shuffle Swim is enabled and you don't have the bronze scale, entering deep water causes a void out and respawn. Normally this returns you to a sensible location, either where you entered the current area or a designated "safe" location to avoid void loops. However, if you died and continued in the current area and then void out in water, you are placed at the location where your death occurred, rather than the expected spawn location you continued from.

Discovered this while i was attempting (badly) to navigate around Sacred Forest Meadow with no items and got killed by a moblin. After continuing and falling in one of the pools in the area, i voided out and reappeared at the exact spot the moblin had killed me. Tested again by dying to the giant moblin and then jumping in water, and was respawned right in the middle of the corridor leading to the Forest Temple clearing, exactly where the last death occurred.
