[Request] Make Dampe's Hut accessibility match All Night setting

The option "Dampe Appears All Night" in the Time Savers settings is a nice convenience feature that makes getting Dampe's check a lot easier. However, even when Dampe is out and about all night, his hut entrance is still locked to the usual nighttime hours. Not only does this seem to make no sense (he can't both be patrolling the graves and resting up in his hut) but on entrance randomizer it would be very nice if you could check this entrance as child any time of night without having to carefully setup the time, which can be more difficult than usual depending on where the graveyard gets randomized to.

Please make it so this entrance can be accessed all night if the Dampe Appears All Night setting is enabled.
