[Feature Request] Option to treat the right stick as a button pad

I did this on my Steam Deck using Steam's input customization, I basically just set the right stick to be treated as a 4-way stick that only allowed a single direction to be pressed at once. This made it WAY easier to use for the C buttons and there were no more accidental inputs.

This would be a gigantic QoL feature, in my opinion.
