Description

- [x] This is not a feature request, I know those belong on Discord/Github Discussions.

### Description of the bug:
A vanilla bug. Some of Kazooie's dialogue is always pitch-shifted, even if the player is not holding the A button to speed it up.

### Can you reproduce? If so please list the steps:
- [ ] No, I cannot reproduce this bug
- [x] Yes, here are the steps to reproduce the bug:
Go to the first puzzle. During Bottles' explanation, Kazooie will speak and her voice will be pitch-shifted. The first note door is another example.

### Expected behavior:
Kazooie's voice should sound normal when the player is not holding A.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue at the first puzzle during Bottles' explanation and at the first note door, using the listed Windows 11, DirectX, US v1.1 setup if available. Trace the dialogue audio handling and compare Kazooie's pitch with and without holding A; done means her voice is normal when A is not held and pitch-shifted only when it should be.
