Establish CI/CD, Infrastructure, and Security Foundations

Establish secure and automated workflows for continuous integration, deployment, and infrastructure management. Ensure that systems are reliable, observable, and protected against vulnerabilities.

**Tasks / Responsibilities:**

* **CI/CD Pipeline Setup:**

* Build automated pipelines for code testing, validation, and deployment.
* Manage environment configurations for development, staging, and production.
* Enforce coding standards and automated checks to maintain quality.

* **Infrastructure & Monitoring:**

* Containerize components for consistent environments.
* Define infrastructure configuration and deployment through version-controlled scripts.
* Implement centralized logging, error tracking, and performance monitoring.

* **Security & Compliance:**

* Manage secrets and sensitive credentials securely.
* Integrate automated security checks in the pipeline.
* Apply best practices for access control, authentication, and secure communication.
* Conduct regular reviews for vulnerabilities and dependency risks.

* **Backup & Recovery:**

* Configure scheduled data and configuration backups.
* Establish rollback and recovery processes for deployments.

**Goal:**
Maintain a consistent, auditable, and secure operational environment that supports efficient development and deployment workflows.
