Add notifications from the forums on the home page

This issue can only be done AFTER the forums are implemented!

When the forums are implemented it would be nice if we can add a little something on the homepage. For example if the user have written somthing on the forums and there is replyes on the forums, then this will show up in the homepage like: "there is X replyes on your thread!"

or if the user have notstarted a thread but written a reply IN a thread it could say: "There are new posts in the Y thread you are active in" or something like that

First confirm that the forums are implemented, then trace how forum activity and the homepage are represented. Define the notification cases described here—replies to the user's thread and new posts in a thread where the user replied—and verify that the relevant message appears on the homepage.
