Cycle through news headlines

I don't really mind that the news headlines originate from a single source. However, it would be nice if they changed a bit more frequently than once per day. Would be great if they changed every 10 seconds, even if they are the same handful of headlines in the RSS feed, over and over.

Start by tracing how the Android application loads and displays the RSS news headlines, then identify where the current once-per-day refresh behavior is controlled. Done means the displayed headlines cycle every 10 seconds, including when the RSS feed contains only the same small set of headlines.
