Controlling Dashboard button's display and events from .net application

I would like to configure the dashboard based on roles. Certain "Role" should only have access to Delete (like "admin" role) the listed (reoccurring) jobs other should be able to only perform "Trigger" the listed jobs.

When i tried to do this from my .net application, i could not capture the Delete button's event nor I could not control the display of Delete button.

Any suggestion in this regard would help me a lot.
