Description

When the application server and database server are in UTC -3. Dashboard page shows message incorrectly.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Dashboard Servers page with both the application server and PostgreSQL server at UTC-3, then compare it with the UTC+0 application-server setup described here. Investigate the time values shown on the Servers page and consider the report resolved when the UTC-3 display is correct without regressing the UTC+0 case.
