时间选择控件在实际的使用中，对于时分秒的精确选择不是很方便。对于普通的用户来说，他们甚至不知道可以去点击表盘来选择时间。如果需要刻意去选择时间，通常会去点击红色方框时间那个地方：
能否对日期时间选择控件做一点改进呢？在点击时间时，会弹出24小时制的时间选择器：
或者将时间的显示控件改为可以输入的控件呢？
