Start by reproducing the intermittent exception when Growl closes on Windows 11 with .NET Framework 4.8, then trace the close path alongside the reported WPF WindowChromeWorker.GetEffectiveClientArea and Standard.NativeMethods.GetWindowRect stack frames. Done means closing Growl no longer produces the Win32Exception.
