Research direction
Start by inspecting the shared-project setup and the referenced path Shared\HandyControl_Shared\Input\SimpleMouseBinding.cs. Reproduce the compilation error in the WPF library and compare the project reference with the source tree. Done means the shared project compiles without the missing-file error.
