Pagination 编辑模板会导致PageUpdated失效
Steps to reproduce the bug
1.选择Pagination控件
2.编辑模板，但是不更改任何模板内容
3.启动项目，选择页码，比如共10页，直接点击第3页
4.会发现Pagination控件上的页码改变，但是datagrid内容不改变，且进入函数
5.控件不引用模板style，datagrid内容改变且进入函数
