Handbrake not encoding full video

Problem Description

I have used HB [HandBrake] for many years but today was the first time I've tried to encode a video with "chapters." With that said, HB will not encode the full video. I've tried to use different settings a few times but all end with the same partial video, but in various lengths. I have attached a copy of the logs for review as I have no idea how to fix this. Other than trying the "chapters" option, the only other difference for me is that I created my video with DaVinci Resolve Windows 11 desktop, instead of using my MBP M1 laptop. I did update HB after a few failed attempts today but included logs for both versions. HB initially will say that the encode process will take a few hours but is completed in 20 mins with a video that is only a few minutes long versus the original length of 8 hours. I have encoded videos that are long like this in the past without any problem [only 1 chapter] with custom cropping .
Not sure why full video is not being encoded. Please advise on how to fix this. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.
