Description
it would be good if we could get some more description about what each encoder option is,
and perhaps some ideal use case
i for one am very confused about "encoder tune" profiles
Animation I'm guessing works well with cartoons and anime
Fast decode is probably optimization so that it is easier to decode
but I'm quite confused about the remaining "None","PSNR", "SSIM", "Grain" & "Zero latency"

Research direction
Start by locating the documentation for encoder presets and tunes, then review the options named in the issue: Animation, Fast Decode, None, PSNR, SSIM, Grain, and Zero Latency. Done means each option has a clear description and an appropriate use case, with the tune profiles explained for readers who are unfamiliar with them.
