Add new stations to the station log file

A few new stations seems to have been added to the sentinels project. The following stations are missing from the [station-log](https://github.com/HakaiInstitute/sentinels-sensor-data/blob/main/station-log.csv)
Missing stations:

- [ ] bamfield
- [ ] campbell_river
- [ ] denman_island
- [ ] indian_arm
- [ ] james_island_pier
- [ ] pender_harbour
- [ ] sooke
- [ ] surge_narrows

Open station-log.csv from the linked repository and compare its existing entries with the eight stations listed in the issue. Add the missing stations using the file's existing format, then verify that all eight names are present and the CSV remains valid.
