Crop pre deployment data

Some of the stations present higher temperatures at the beginning of the time series. If yes, we can easily omit this data by adding or adjusting the deployment time related to this instrument at this specific station within the station-log https://github.com/HakaiInstitute/sentinels-sensor-data/blob/main/instrument-log.csv

The following stations seems affected:

- [ ] heather_marina (it seems colder at the beginning?)
- [ ] hope_bay

- [ ] retreat_cove

- [ ] silva_bay

The review of the different temperature time series can easily be done via the ERDDAP Graph page:

Review the affected stations in the ERDDAP Graph page, starting with false_bay, heather_marina, hope_bay, retreat_cove, and silva_bay. Then inspect instrument-log.csv and identify the deployment times relevant to each station. Done means the station log reflects the reviewed deployment times so pre-deployment readings are omitted.
