Description

I've look the sentinel temperature data today, and saw some weird swings in temperature for some stations, which I doubt are expected. I'm wondering if this is actually within the data files or could be related to the data ingestion pipeline:

Research direction

Begin with the timeseries data for the cortes_bay and descanso_bay stations shown in the issue, then trace those records through the data ingestion pipeline. Done means determining whether the abnormal temperature swings are present in the source data or introduced during ingestion, with the finding and any needed correction documented.
