mapping CIOOS EOVs to explore.cioos.ca

I remember we talked about it before but their seems to be a discrepancy between the CIOOS EOVs and the list of Ocean Variables presented on [explore.cioos.ca](https://explore.cioos.ca/)

CDE is using the GOOS to CF mapping present here in the back end to associae the EOVS to erddap variables. I'm not sure how it goes from the back end to te front end. But perhaps it would be better to better represent the actual CIOOS EOVs within CDE.

Jeff Cullis mentionned to me that the issue was brought up during a metadata TT meeting.

Start by tracing the GOOS-to-CF mapping in the backend and how it produces the Ocean Variables shown on explore.cioos.ca. Compare that output with the actual CIOOS EOV list and determine what should change so the front end represents the CIOOS EOVs accurately.
