Chat does not detect shared links or display metadata

Currently, when users share links in the chat, the links are not being detected as clickable URLs. Additionally, no metadata (like title, description, or preview image) is being fetched or displayed.

Expected Behavior:

Links shared in chat should automatically be detected and converted into clickable URLs.

Metadata (e.g., site title, thumbnail, short description) should appear as a link preview.
