Onboarding Flow Issues: Job Title Validation, Profile Upload UX, and Media Button Toggle

I witnessed few issues regarding onboarding and UI of the site

**1. Job Title & Company Required Even for Students**

When selecting "Student" as the employment status during onboarding, the form still requires "Job Title" and "Current Company" to be filled in. This doesn't align with the selected status.

Additionally, the error message says "Please fill all the required fields correctly" but doesn't indicate which specific fields are missing or invalid, which can be confusing for users.

**2. Profile Upload: Only Link Paste Available**

In the Choose Profile section, users are required to paste a link instead of being able to upload a file directly. This can be limiting for users who have their profile in a local file.

Suggestion: Allow users to upload a file in addition to pasting a link.

**3. Media Button Labels (Mute/Camera)**

The Mute and Camera toggle buttons do not reflect the correct state after being clicked. For example, after muting, the label/icon shows “On” instead of “Off,” which is misleading.
