Error Opening Sample Notebooks (localhost)

Hi,

Great project and thank you for doing it! Much appreciated!

I installed Franchise locally and I am able to run via http://localhost:3000/. However, under the SQLite tab, the sample notebooks do not work. Here are the error messages:

Crime in LA: Cannot GET /demos/crime_v8.html
Sales Data: Cannot GET /demos/crime_v8.html
Enron Emails: Cannot GET /demos/enron.html

I experimented with these samples on franchise.cloud, so I understand the intended behavior. Are these sample notebooks supposed to work on the localhost?
