问题描述 | Bug Description
1.HMCL从任务栏中拉起时，放大的动画掉帧严重，相较于其他软件不流畅。
2.从任务栏处点击隐藏时，缩小的动画仍掉帧，其表现为缺少缩小动画。当点击窗口的最小化按钮时，能发现有缩小动画，但仍然掉帧
3.以上动画效果在高刷新率屏幕上表现更为明显
HMCL版本为3.17.0.356
