[Bug] 在主题模式为「跟随系统设置」时，更改系统的亮暗色后，一些 tooltip 的字号会出现变化

首先按标题所述设置 HMCL 的主题模式。
然后在 Windows 设置中的「个性化」部分，把颜色模式改一下。
改完后前往 HMCL 的「账户」页，鼠标放在右侧账户条目的任意一个操作按钮。

如第二张图所示，这时候 tooltip 的字号会变得很小。
如果把鼠标放开，再放到其他的按钮上呢？大概率也变小了。
如果把鼠标放开，再次放到同一个按钮上呢？哎哟恢复了（变大了）。
不确定是否有修复的必要，先发出来。
