搞一个自动识别安装了哪些模组的功能，有时候安装模组有的前置是一样的但是忘了安装没安装就会重复安装一遍，我记得老早之前电脑端的多玩我的世界盒子好像就有类似的功能，或许没有可能是我记错了吧
原因 | Reason
添加该模组更好的让用户知道自己已经安装了哪些模组，如果可以的话更进一步开发这个功能，有的模组版本可能会冲突在重返这个模组安装界面时如果需要安装其他版本可以选择替换掉一开始的版本模组，另外也可以添加一个在游戏版本里面的模组管理选择模组时多出一个跳转hmcl的下载该模组页面
