Double-clicking handle between/at end of row/column headers doesn't expand their height/width

In previous releases of HDFView, double-clicking the resizing handle area for a row/column header would expand the height/width of that row/column to show the entirety of the data in the cells; this no longer works. Possibly related to https://github.com/HDFGroup/hdfview/issues/485. As a point of comparison, this oddly enough still works for reference datasets, both old and new format.
