Compound dataset column headers aren't collapsable

In previous releases of HDFView, the column headers for compound datatype datasets were collapsible if double-clicked; this no longer works. Probably related, when a file is opened read/write the row/column index value cells can be double-clicked to edit their values (though the edits won't persist), which wasn't possible before and should be fixed.
