Attribute browser: "Value" column width should use remaining whitespace

Description
The "Object attribute browser" tries to auto-size the column to sane values, but (in our use case) often fails to provide a useful sizing solution, because the rightmost "value" column does not get sized, even though there is plenty of whitespace available
Reproduced with HDFView 3.1.3 on Windows x64
