Description
In 2.0.0, the default file format was updated from 1.6 to 1.8. The VOL tools tests generate their test files at runtime (to deal with potential differences between VOL connectors), which caused these tests to fail until they were updated to manually use the older format - see #6054
A better long term solution would be to instead update the reference files for the tool tests to the 1.8 file format.
