Add default context menu for Frame

Windows Explorer (and the OS X Finder) provide a right-click context menu which can be used for specific items (like the current HDF Compass behavior), but also for the currently displayed object. Add a similar menu for any object using the base frame class. Should include "Reopen as" menu items as are presently in the Window meny.
