Description
Current use of Chakra containers isn't properly responsive on smaller screen sizes. Need to get a handle on the proper responsive design patterns with Chakra. Maybe we need to set responsive container widths in the global themes? Or use our own wrapped container components (i.e. address this as part of #161)? Should also take a more careful look at Chakra's other layout system components, and make sure we have a consistent layout approach in the project.
