Provide Inputs based on Schema?

Hey @sleepycat @LilaKelland, have y'all given thought to building the api based on a set schema or ERD?
When the data's being collected "on the ground", like hostpitals, nursing stations, etc. they need a super simple ui that provides the required inputs for the given schema...

https://infocentral.infoway-inforoute.ca/en/standards/canadian/nursing-data-standards as an example dictates what data entry must be like. A simple react app to give just what the nurse/epi needs to report on for the specific disease.

This is the form that a public health person (usually a nurse) has to complete for every active TB case. It's usually done by hand, and then transposed into some other system for upward reporting.

Could Safe Inputs read that published PDF?

Could Safe Inputs offer a front end that's more than a 'file upload' that's based on a backend?
