Description
I don't know if it would be doable, but a Find&Replace option in the Outliner window, to find all the occurences of a text and replace them by another text, in only a few clicks (to enter the old text, to enter the new text, and to validate for renaming them all at once, or one by one), would be very usefull.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by finding how the Python addon integrates with Blender's Outliner, then clarify the interaction for entering old and new text and choosing all-at-once or one-by-one replacement. Done means matching Outliner text can be renamed through the requested workflow.
