Description

Seemingly while I was adding a new linking book modifier to one of my ages via the Plasma>Add>Linking Book premade options, I had the two nearest Linking Book Objects deleted (Functioning Nexus and Chiso Preniv links), forcing me to recreate them. Notably, those modifiers had been made in previous installations of Korman, but IDK if that has any additional influence on the method.

Incident happened while using Korman 0.16.

Screenshot was taken immediately after creating new linking book.

Potentially, this may be related to This Issue as its possible they vanished before I added the new modifier and just didn't notice.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the report in Korman 0.16 through Plasma > Add > Linking Book and compare the behavior with issue #428. Inspect how the premade Linking Book modifier handles nearby Linking Book Objects, including previously created modifiers. Done means identifying why Functioning Nexus and Chiso Preniv links disappear and preserving those objects when a new linking book is added.
