Every time I toggle visibility - CLI goes down by multiple lines

Description
I have changed my shortcut from F12 to Shift + Esc. Whenever I press shortcut key Shift + Esc, the CLI moved by multiple lines as shown in the screenshot below. Even I changed shortcut to Ctrl + Shift + Enter, but no help.

$ guake --version
Guake Terminal 0.8.8
```
I also detected this issue when I switched from fullscreen to normal mode.
