Opening animation broken on Wayland

Description
I'm running Fedora 25 with GNOME 3.22.2 and the most recent version of Guake from the Fedora repos. I have my Guake set to about 65% of the screen width and centered. When I open it, it renders in the top-left corner of the screen and then slides to the center instead of dropping-in in the center of the screen. If I boot into GNOME on Xorg it behaves as expected.
